We have invested £475 million in Cardiff to regenerate Central Square. This will bring 13,000 jobs and give Cardiff an even brighter future.

Urban regeneration in Sheffield

We are investing in the urban regeneration of Sheffield as part of our inclusive capitalism strategy to regenerate towns and cities across the UK. Our investment is in the West Bar development scheme, which is a regeneration of part of the city centre. Post the decline of the industrial era, we are creating a whole new community with places for people to live and work.
